Haruko Komoto is a honest and compassionate real estate broker/Realtor with Coldwell Banker Realty at the Schaumburg office in Illinois, who is dedicated to listening to and prioritizing clients’ needs with care. She is passionate to serve clients in buying, selling, and renting homes, or investing in properties in the West and Northwest suburbs of Chicago in DuPage and Cook County.

Born and raised in Japan, moving to the United States, and speaking both English and Japanese, Haruko is always try to place herself in the situation of the people buying or selling their houses, connect and communicate with people. Haruko is a great educator and negotiator and is good at guiding people to work together. Yet, when problems occur, she doesn’t hesitate to speak up and work on it. She points it out with sensitivity and insight that resonate with others, search for common ground, and finds an agreeable solution. Whether you are buying, selling, or investing in a home, with access to massive databases and the latest internet marketing tools, Haruko knows the current markets, how to best present your offer in a timely manner or showcase and position your home for sale to the widest possible range of qualified buyers. Also, she has a team of real estate professionals such as vendors from mortgage companies, title companies, and home insurance companies. It is her biggest joy to look at clients' happy and relieved face at the end and to have the long lasting relationships with her clients.

Being a long time resident in Schaumburg, Haruko is familiar with real estate market, schools such as District 54 and 211, J.B. Conant High School, park districts, libraries, shopping, and transportation in the area. She volunteered for schools and community in the area, and had been a swim official and helped facilitating numerous swim meets in the area. In her spare time, Haruko enjoys spending time and taking part in fun activities with her family and friends. She loves snow skiing, playing tennis, hiking, and gardening and would like to learn photography!
